Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Personal care items
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping charges may be deducted.
